Where I live along the Florida East Coast mainline, there's a 70-mile long quiet zone, and I must say it definitely doesn't have the required safety measures. People do this literally every time I railfan out there... and there's incidents every week if not two a week. Yet the quiet zone hasn't been abolished even though 70% of the crossings lack median barricades and quad gates, and lineside fencing is nonexistant. Hopefully the quiet zone gets removed until further improvements are made.

32:29 to 32:34 is an idiot person with a pet puppy or dog, saw the train coming and ran to the other side. Not the only person put in danger but also put the pet in danger too. Not a good owner. She or he needs to stop and wait. They both could have gotten ran over and killed by the train if they tripped and got back up but then realize it's too late. The human broke the rules.

Can't wait til these chargers appear on the LIRR and Metro North.
