12:17 Agreed whole-heartedly. Avoiding foods you like is a recipe to fail because it's not sustainable. A lot of people feel like if they have a bite of a cookie or some other so-called "bad food", they failed and have to go back square one. In reality, as long as your calories and protein are on-point most of the time, you're golden. Perfection is the enemy of good. People who know I'm into fitness will be like "I'm surprised to see you eating a cookie". They apparently believe I can never/would never have a cookie again for the rest of my life. Look for the ones that will tell you how they will work to minimize the scarring and/or put the scar in a better location. 9:06 - Zomg the Stantler pic! I had to go back and look at it closely because it looked like it had some booty work done! XD I think just because it's so low on the screen and it's only there for about a second.
