Agar aap chahte hai usi song ko firse release Kiya jaye to apko apne Distribution service jaise Distrokid, Tunecore in sab kzariye usko firse release Krna hoga. Lekin us case mein apko sabke UPC and ISRC code chahiye hongey nhi to aap gana apni taraf se release nhi kr paogey. Gana upload krte time apko already released song pe ticket Krna hoga jo usme option ata hai fir same Artwork, same audio file upload krne k sath us gaane ka UPC and ISRC dalna hoga tab hi apka gana apki taraf se upload hoga jiski payment aap manage krengey.

Namaste ! Distrokid payment re occurring basis pe annually deduct krta hai plus agar apne koi extras liye hai to vo bhi auto debit krta hai . Kisi bhi type ka auto debit international payments k liye India mein agar ho to usko RBI ki guidelines follow krni padti hai jisme amount deduct hone se ek din pehle message merchant bhejta h then deduct krta h . Distrokid is procedure ko follow nhi krta which is why India mein ye fail ho rha hai. Maine and mere kuch subscribers ne kai email bheje but Distrokid is issue ko leke serious nhi h. Best solution yahi hai ki aap distribution service change kar le. Tunecore ek achha option ho sakta hai because iski har payment ek separate checkout hoti hai auto pay nhi and payment options bohot sare hain like UPI, net banking, debit/ credit card to payment ki koi pareshani nhi ati. Tunecore ki website pe alag alag plans hai agar apka budget fir krta hai un plans mein aap try kr skte h. Agar apke already kuchh releases hai to unko migrate bhi kiya ja skta hai Tunecore ya dusre distribution service pe ISRC and UPC number ka use krke existing track k. I hope apko is se kuch help mil jayegi. Abhi tak kafi chize Distrokid pe try kr Chuka hn but koi solid solution nhi mila isliye distribution service change Krna best option hai. Thanks 🙏🏻

Distrokid ne kafi smartly apna system design kiya hai jo hamein hamare banking details delete krne nhi deta hai kyonki remove bank details ka koi option nhi hai. Iska ek hi solution hai ki apka Distrokid account delete kr diya jaye jo apko setting mein option mil jayega. Maine personally to even stay on the safe side meri Bank account details update ki us account se before leaving jisme koi funds maujood nhi hai and uske baad apna account delete krdiya so distrokid mujhse charge nhi kr skti. technically account delete hone k baad Distrokid liable nhi hai apko charge krne k liye. But maine bhi kuch users se suna hai ki unke funds deduct hue hain shayad even after deleting the account. i personally did not experienced that. but maine apko ek rasta bata diya hai. Hope that helps.

apko distrokid support pe issue address krna chahiye. Agar apki fees submit hui hai to apka account work krna chahiye atleast. But anyway pehle isko unke support email pe likh k address kijiye.

You can open your account profile from top right corner of the screen in account settings there is an option called delete account. But I'd suggest you send an email to Distrokid asking for the refund first if you very recently bought the membership and tell them you are unable to avail their service anymore hence kindly refund my membership fee.

Brother, in my account I couldn't find option of "delete account" rather it has cancel membership.

@@KashReyoungOfficial you can go for cancel membership then. I guess they must have updated their website with small word changes. But i believe cancel membership should work exactly the same way.

If you just renewed the subscription aap refund maang skte hain but emails pe consistently unko bolte rahe. Agar membership renew hone k 4 5 mahine ho gye to shayad na mile apko refund. But always give it a try.

You can ask for refund from Distrokid for your membership payment and cancel the membership. Best way is to switch to other distribution service.

Distrokid ko payment Krna is time pe mushkil hai straight cut solution is to switch the distribution service and ask for refund from Distrokid.

Yes i understand the frustration... Best option is to look for an alternative distribution service.

If your membership tenure ends and you are unable to pay Distrokid your music will be removed

@@soundsofnik its gonna expire in December but now they sent me an email saying my the last time they tried my account it was declined by my banks so if i take a month maybe without updating the card do my music get removed in stores
