The base of that punch is a uppercut, however the able the way that punch is throw, it's commonly called a sweep.. it comes at like a 45° angle... GO LOOK AT THE FIGHT AND HE EXPLAINS THAT'S IS NOT A NORMAL UPPERCUT, HIMSELF. Just like your backhand hook isn't called a hook, it's normally called a Right cross or Left cross, depending on stance.. Further, if the Law must be strict to Procedures for Title Fights, why is it breached in several Instances, recently, such as the relinquishment of IBF Heavyweight Title before Unification Rematch Clause and why is Boxing privatized to Saudi Arabia, Rhyhad, Seasons?
