Great video! I just inherited this one with a Necchi desk and a bunch of extra part. Don’t know if I’ll keep and attempt to get to know it or sell. May consult my local sewing machine store

It's there something that puts pressure on the bobbin wheel to push it against the main wheel to keep it spinning? Mine seems loose and won't spin.

Inherited from my aunt. Built like a tank. Wonderful, love it. Spent many hours sewing with it. Straightforward, straight and zig zag, all you need. Years of durable service. Good power with motor. If you see this machine, get it. Very very good machine.

I acidenily removed my needle plat and it is impossible to put back on. I see you took it off but didn't show putting it back on.

Tolles Video, ich habe die Kayser 46 geerbt, leider funktioniert der Transporter nicht. Habe schon vieles probiert. Der Transporteur steht auf der höchsten Einstellung (2). Was kann ich tun? Wäre für Ihre Hilfe dankbar. Liebe Grüße Marie-Luise

Hello, the feed dogs on my 518 do not work anymore. Did something break?

Hello, I also have my mom's 518 that I would like to repair. The feed dogs do not move anymore & the bobbin case mechanism is not fully rotating. I also do not know how to remove the nut for the bottom cover. It looks like a washer with a slot in it, I am unsure what tool to use to unscrew that out. Is there a good place (here, or online forum, etc) that I can ask further questions? Thanks. Also, it says "418" on your video, not "518". 09/28/24

Bas mi se vratilo detinjstvo sedamdesetih bas ova masina nas je krpio jer tada nije bilo lako kupiti kada ti dodje volja.😂

In my machine the stitch lenght is not increasing . Its lenght is same as 1st to 4th. What can be the reason

Odličan video.Pokusavam da skinem poklopac koji stoji odozgo ,pričvršćen sa dva šrafa koja sam skinula.Ali poklopac je tako fiksiran kao da je jos negde zašrafljen.Gde je problem?Pozdrav svima.

There is a button on the right dial that prevents the machine from running fully, leaving only the can to rotate. You should press it before filling the can, it’s much more efficient and faster.
