I know the vid is 10 years old, but I came across it 2 months ago. I couldn't lift my arms without being in serious pain. I do these everyday with 2.5lb plates and my shoulder mobility is better than it's ever been. It no longer hurts to lift my arms. Thank you for making this video.

Yes, I think that would work too. You could probably search around a little more by driving your hip back at different angles too.
