I had that same feeling when i started the game. Then i watched some videos and posts about the game and learned that the game is realistic, ofc teenager boy who has barely held sword on his hand cant win well trained military men. U need train henry alot, and yourself too. To be able to win enemies.

Youre lvl 1 Henry, you are an illiterate teenage boy in the medieval ages, he doesn't know how to use a sword. Combat is good, annoying against multiple enemies but i liked it. There are plenty of mods that can tweak combat like removing master parries etc.

I'm just playing this game for the first time and allthough it's a Bs fest at times, combat is easy on 1v1 even with the toughest opponents but more than two enemies is a nightmare. Other that that the combat system on 1v1 is perfect most of the times

We all said that... years ago. This game's combat is shit and still true to this day, the little reddit fanboys always thought it was realistic instead. Enemies magnetizing to henry most of the time to finish their attacks, they perfect block and masterstrike attacks all the time, Henry ignoring inputs and even some times attacks do no damage, combos are useless, horse has RNG fear and some times henry takes 1 whole minute ragdolling on the floor after being thrown from the horse, falling while mounted only damages henry and even from small falls, the bow even at level 10+ still sways left and right, getting stuck in map geometry or jumping backwards while fighting. With that said, the way I avoid combat is using a horse and a bow to kill everyone and just fight whoever one guy is left, they can't do shit unless the horse throws henry which still happens rarely at courage 15 ("Very realistic") whoever is one guy gets shot with arrows so Henry has more hp and stamina, anyways the whole fight is nothing but AI doing perfect blocks and masterstrikes since they cost no stamina for 5 minutes non stop even if the AI has 10 hp left, the only way to even hit the AI at this point is to stab after they charge, instead of perfect blocking henry walks back and the AI magnetizes, pressing q to block the whole time henry is knocked back and then stab the AI in the face as they finish attacking, should work better with swords for stabbing but later in the game everyone has full helmets so an axe or mace "Since they are supposed to be good against armour but I doubt this game is realistic anyways" just make sure the stab stat is decent. Anyways combat is shit but the story and comedy is worth it, if the game is doing to much stupid shit just install the infinite save mod and no more worries of "Random dumb shit happened".

Great vid! Some friendly tips: - Time remapping has good speed points but you can use a retime curve to smooth them out a bit - Add more effects on the time remaps otherwise they look a bit random - Try to add more zooms - Add more effects on final kill impacts - Work on the SFX to sync it a bit more Other than that awesome job man!
