Like a loop withn a loop , Each row of e1 is passed and checked with the condition e2.salary greater than e1.salary and if it satsfies count e2.salary, then outer query conditions that is if is two then execute the outer query and print empname

I would suggest, don't stuck with .NET ecosystem. It will look promising now but down the line after 5 to 10 years, whatever you learn and experience will be abandoned by Microsoft. 1) Learn Java for backend and you will never regret in your life. It will also help developing android native mobile applications. 2) Learn JS/TypeScript - MERN stack, React, Next.js, Node.Js, Express, MongoDb. It will help you work as a freelancer as well as the job market for this tech stack is good globally. Learning react will help to get into React Native mobile application development for Android/ios. 3) PHP with Laravel. 4) AWS/GCP. 5) Python is already flooded with people. 6) Try Golang, Microservices Architecture. I am not a hater of Microsoft, just shared my experience.
