We want more!! 😁😁 But on a more serious note, mental health issues are real and we ignore that because we do not have enough information about it and the people we are surrounded by are not making it easy to discuss it. Regarding Post-natal depression, I think the challenge of not being able to talk about it in as much as mothers (of all ages) go through it, I'd like to believe its because they do not want to be seen as incompetent. There are times you feel like I can't do this anymore but you won't say because batho ba tlo tseya byang? You know... With this video, I hope more mothers will be more open about how they actually feel without being scared of being judged by society but instead taking care of their mental health. Big up Queen😁👏
