Elvis Costello is a super talent never fully recognized for his genius. Brilliant tunes with intelligent lyrics. Different than the other Elvis. He's in the league of David Bowie: Misunderstood Genius with brilliant music reaching beyond any category. Hail to Elvis Costello. Love ya dude. Tom Murray

I think it is intimidating to cover, Pete Thomas, Bruce Thomas and Steve Nieve +Elvis' playing when they are in full attack mode! Sort of like covering Who songs. Not too many musicians have those kind of chops.

Another meaty beast of a song from one of his generation's best song writers. So much to sing your teeth into (and I'm a vegetarian). I just resently found out he sampled a Mina song from the 60's for this masterpiece. Love it!

My appreciation of Elvis Costello really increased around the time he sang this, when he did a collaboration with Burt Bacharach. I was not familiar with his earlier music except "Allison".
