My mother was here...passed out, pregnant with me. Carried out. lololol Looked it up and found this video from the Beatles in 66 in Chicago. Years later, she talked me out of seeing McCartney and Wings in their Wings Over America tour. My brother went and saw them doing "Live and Let Die" with the big stage pyrotechnics and explosions and the whole 9 yards. But it was wasted on him, where I was the one who ended up singing and having the band later.

At the circus Krone when he sings I'm down, it's very funny, because John tells him how to begin the song, and he still goes wrong, you gotta see it!

Mass hysteria. The Beatles drove the crowd into frenzy. The people simply went into Beatlemania madness. 🤣🤣🤣

Sheesh. From the claustophobic Cavern Club to the cavernous Comiskey Park, and beyond. Few could've held themselves together much better during such an insane rocket ride.

My buddies and friends were there, including my stepmother, the only person old enough to have a driver’s license and could bring us! The opening acts were interminable, but all hell broke loose when the final set change at last revealed the iconic “The Beatles” on the bass drum, as the Beatles themselves soon walked out from the third base dugout to complete pandemonium in the stands. The screaming never stopped, only subsiding occasionally for a few moments when my buddies and I could hear a few notes and recognize what song they must be playing and which we couldn’t otherwise hear. It was not a concert-it was a religious experience for tens of thousands of girls who were probably hoarse for two days afterwards! But it was a real treat to see the Beatles in person, for my buddies and me who, like millions of other teens, had a garage band to follow in the Beatles’ footsteps.
