This video is misleading. The Las Vegas city marshals have jurisdiction only on parcels of property owned by the city. They do not have jurisdiction on streets or highways. If it doesn’t happen within the four corners of a piece of property owned by the city, they have no jurisdiction. If you get a citation or arrest by a city marshal, your lawyer should be able to immediately get it dismissed unless it was on city property, such as a building or a park.

I was born in Las Vegas Nevada the bus service in Las Vegas Nevada for the public has never been good used to be the Las Vegas Transit and then it was cat ride And now it's RTC out of the three companies the RTC is the worst the drivers are very rude and unprofessional to the passengers I have personally heard RTC driver's using foul language when talking to children and the elderly women

The Deuce - my experiences of trying to use it were a complete failure and the locals Reddit sub agrees, it is nearly always extremely crowded, its slow because it has no priority over regular traffic and loading and unloading takes forever, and will often just not stop if full. My advice - only take it during off-peak hours, or at least check the traffic on LVB - if it is congested you're better off walking or using some other means that can go from A to B without being stuck in LVB traffic. Bike share - I've never thought of using this mostly because riding a bike in Vegas is a risky proposition. Cars simply do not expect to deal with bikes - during the summer you're gonna roast in the heat anyway unless it is the middle of the night. But if there's a few routes that have a well protected bike lane I might be tempted to give it a try. Lyft and Uber - the surge pricing can be brutal. I can go from home to the Strip (about 4 or 5 miles) before 7pm for about $12 to $15. Coming home after dinner or show at 10pm it could easily be $40 and I've seen over $60 and that's before tip. My advice is to get the Curb taxi app and check what the regular taxi prices are, they are allowed to have some surge pricing but it is nowhere near as bad as usury ride share pricing. I've paid half the going rate for Lyft/Uber before, and you get to pick up a taxi at the hotel entrance instead of somewhere out back or underneath. If you actually want to use Curb to pay (which is nice) you may have to wait for a taxi displaying the Curb logo - just tell the person managing the line. In my experience maybe 50% of taxis have the Curb app - I feel like it gives some amount of predictability and traceability if your rider rips you off or there's some other ride quality issue. You also won't have to deal with your Lyft or Uber being sent to some other rider who paid an additional premium for faster response - that can happen over and over and turn a 5 minute wait into a 30 minute wait and is very common in peak hours. The downside is that taxi drivers and cars tend to be very poor quality - it's basically all those who can't qualify for Lyft/Uber so don't be surprised if you get a s**tty taxi with no shocks and a speed demon driver who seems like they have been up for 48 hours. Finally the free downtown loop - I must try that one day to go from Downtown to the Arts District, thanks for the reminder.

We don't need free parking anywhere and lets have a "pay-to-enter" the area. Kind of like Disney theme park entry. Charge people to take selfies and photos.
