Terrible set up. It’s not that easy as it looks. How long did it actually take you to figure it out? I am returning mine. Very disappointed.

How do I get that front strap? My single front strap is attached to the plastic front piece you added last and I can’t figure out how to take it off and my sons legs keep getting bruises by that plastic front part.

The harness should go behind the pillow otherwise the white rectangular plastic piece and the extenders truly hurt the baby’s back
