“Believe” gave so many little gay boys hope! I was one of them, waiting for it to play on the radio on my boombox

Cher was famous when most of the sex symbols on TV and movies back in 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's were blonde and blue eyes!

Thank you, Ryan! This was probably the best interview shares ever done. You asked a lot of questions that we had never heard asked before, as well as shared telling stories that she’s never told before. One thing to note, though:She says that right before “Believe” she was dropped by her manager, who at the time was the amazing Billy Sammeth… that is completely untrue. She fired him. He never quit her, not once. And then she rehired him when “Belueve” hit, for a short period of time and then fired him in early 1999. He was one of her best friends, as well as her manager, for 22 years! He slept at the foot of her bed when she had Epstein-Barr syndrome and nobody knew what was wrong with her. He was devastated when she let him go, and their friendship ended.

It's interesting reading many of the comments about Cher and Rylan. There are various perspectives and the truth of it is, the perspective is only true to the observer. With that said - from my perspective, I think it was great interview. I found it to be wholesome and friendly.

I don't really agree with her when she says she started to sing better after she met her teacher. During the 60s she had a normal healthy vibrato and placement. In the 70s, all of sudden, she started to sing with a lot of twang and a very fast vibrato.

Cher is amazeing, her talent, her beautiful singing voice, her warm cheerful peaceful personality yet she remains so open to chat and so normal not at all like some of the remote inflated celebritys that we see today. She deserves to be our favourite special😊 icon. ❤

Very fun and interesting interview and you can see the interviewer is a true fan and did his research. There were a couple awkward moments like the interviewer asking for her address to become pen pals and giving her a doll of himself.

Cher wild child was met with such unconditional love and even her mother encouraging her creative mind as she ran away . Plus, she was rold her lack of math skills wa as not a problem as aomeone else would look after her numbers in future! Fun fact, most dyslexics are male and have in range of genius IQ....making Cher even still more of a rarity. She had what wildly ( or gently) creative children are lacking. Poor as they were she was raised and held aloft in true loving permission to be herself. One cannot overestimate the power of that in that her fame never took her down the path of drugs, addiction and becoming entitled. And she's still humbly able to laugh at herself. " I'm old as Dirt!"

I wonder if Cher is Dyscalculic? Dyscalculia is a learning curve that affects a person's ability to understand number-based information and math. People who have dyscalculia struggle with numbers and math because their brains don't process math-related concepts like the brains of people without it.
