yes, last year around november i was reflecting on the sun and i noticed these rainbow waves of energy, and prior i was reflecting on relapsing on marijuana after being sober for two months, and the Aurora rays emitted a cellular resonance to me, so i did, and ultimately for this new year, i have been sober for 20 days, off both cigarettes and marijuana, so as you mentioned we must allow the cellular trauma to resurface from within its depth to heal it, yes, part of me was scared to smoke because it causes me to feel extreme anxiety, it makes everyone of my ancestors on my mothers side go extremely skitzophrenic, i recognize that is a sign of blocked psychic energy, so i have been the one to allow my source to flow through these currents, these beautiful aurora currents are embodying more as we allow ourselves to embody higher frequency into these painful and extremely deep dark hidden powerful beloved energies.
