No that sounds not reasonable and most likely you have the same bushings worn out. Those are the typical bushings who go bad. Try to find a honest independent mechanic shop I know it's probably not so easy but the OEM dealers appear to be on the " dark side " 😂

About pricing well you can buy them aftermarket for probably 50 bux both sides it's a simple part and the OEM don't last that good so aftermarket is probably not worse in this case than max 1.5 hours labor or so

Thanks brother, I’m in North California. Yea I figured, was 800 with alignment. Axle was cracked from the inside, glad it’s back on the road safe and driving like it was made to, amazing car. I’ll do the pad change myself 😂

@G-MansWorld thank you for your reply, my high pressure fuel pump reading form 700 PSI to 1100 PSI, that should be normal because I have hesitated when driving over 4000 RPM especially already replaced low pressure fuel pump and fuel filter

@@richardvalach3353 I don't think you need the whole valve body your problem sounds more like the conductor plate only. Those days they are cheap but you will need to code them or get it coded to the VIN as far I remember.

@@quarkkinoanimals5444 I don't blame you also the engine in Tiguan basically all the TSI Engines are a total nightmare water pumps fail under the intake or oil cooler gasket than mix with coolant.....direct injection vales coke up not a car I would recommend to own especially when the warranty is over.

@@G-MansWorld I have the shade assy under the headliner close to the correct position. Then from inside the car I have to get the plastic tip of the end of the assy into the hole AND the metal (copper colored) spring for both sides into place. The spring keeps moving around where you can't reach it.

...then I have to take the assy out and start over.

ANY suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Did you have the decorative aluminum guide bar in place when you put the assy under the headliner?

@@yourarsenaladvisor that usually does not work if the shade fabric gets out of the track than this is mostly because the spring metal is to worn to keep the tension up and that's why the fabric slips out of the side track

No way around it you will need to remove the assembly if you like to fix it or take the shade out and have simply no shade fabric

Timing on your bike is more or less a compromise because on modern bikes with an ECU it will change on the fly its called fuel mapping. I don't know what plug you have but the OEM plugs for those Engines are no good you can experiment with different plugs try NGK plugs if you do not already have one other people did mention they work good in your engine NGK 5944 (BPR7HIX) . After this you can try the Magneto mod but I would personal start on this only after you all set with you exhaust set up carb and so on. Intake Gasket should be fine in most cases I did not replace any gaskets

Pretty cheap on labor...... The parts you can get on eBay for like 70 bux or so

@G-MansWorld the part is from Audi main dealer (I.e., Al Nabooda in Dubai). We don't have eBay here. The labour rates are cheap here compared to UK where I'm from.
