Just as you mentioned, my gripe with the 26240ST is the case thickness. Personally, I appreciate the thinner cased 26320ST more. Looking forward to future thinner chronographs.

This watch is a true innovation and only exist with Rolex. Rolex is indeed the best.

If you are not that rich but love luxury watch brands i believe there are better horological picks even from Patek catalog that makes better sense, however if you are overly rich it's a nice watch that you can definitely add to your $$$$$$$$ collection .

I sat at that counter a couple of years ago, the SA brought a Sub and the SD43. Tried the Sub on one wrist, the SD43 on the other and that was it. The SD43 is something you can't compare it to anything. It's just more watch, more present and the proportions are so perfect. Regarding the thickness, the difference is mainly in the casebook and that casebook when on the wrist it sinks in it making it looks slimmer than it actually is. My observations are that the SD43 wears smaller and slimmer. beautiful video by the way, excellent imagery.

Batman for me. Tried many GMTs and Subs. Own a Batman, it always rekindle my love for GMT (2 tone bezel) when I look at it. The contrast is much more “alive”. With the half black bezel it brings me class and earnest. Another half blue bezel brings me fun and inner joy through the good times as well as the bad. Most importantly I can wear it formal and informal. 🖤💙

Great collection

This is one of the most boring watches ever. It has no character whatsoever. Is that dial a circle or is it octagonal? Or is it something in between? That shape reminds of an old TV screen. The dial is looks like the surface of a football. I would feel bad if I had to pay $50 for that hiddeous thing. I certainly would never wear it. This watch proofs that most people with way too much money have no taste at all.

This rootbeer is the only Rolex where I genuinely believe a two-tone version is better than the Solid Gold version. Solid gold doesnt sparkle like the 2 tone. The steel makes the rose gold really look amazing.
