Nice video. Did you return the rental car when you arrived in Munich? If so, how did u get to airport? Wondering if we need the car in Munich.
@vinesrealtygroup3 ай бұрын
We did return the rental car when we arrived in Munich and took a train to and from the city center. I would recommend doing this if you’re mainly focused on seeing the city center. I personally think having a car in the city would more trouble than it’s worth!

Thank you! We traveled there in March 2023. Hope you have a great trip!
@janjanssen96296 ай бұрын
In March, you might get lucky with some days nice weather but still rather cold (50 - 55 Fahrenheit) and rainy, April already a bit warmer (55 - 65), generally less rain, but can still have nights with freezing temperatures, May might bring already some days with temperatures around 65 - 75 Fahrenheit. From June on definitely nicer weather (days with 75 - 85) until September.

Thank you for this amazing video. I watched a few videos of what to do and eat in Bruges and Amsterdam, but yours is the best. I am not a big fan of street food, so showing where you eat ( healthy foods) and the best historical places to visit greatly help our Amsterdam and Bruges trip.

You didnt stay in Amsterdam ? No offence but Amsterdam is on a whole other level of beauty. Its a marvel of urban design in fact. A standard that all cities should follow. The car is banned the the suburbs. The centre is car free.

Thanks for the lovely video. We are actually taking a bus tour from Germany to Switzerland next week! Based on your driving experience, would u say we should sit on the drivers side for optimal views? 🤔
@vinesrealtygroup7 ай бұрын
Thank you for watching! Oh man, that's a tough question! It might depend on your route. I'd probably look up the route on Google Maps and see which side of the road lakes and mountains are primarily on. And if you're going and coming back, I'd say just sit on the same side for both rides and then you get to see it all!

Your video has inspired me to book for last wk in Aug!! I’d love to rent a car & do a similar route. How expensive and difficult was finding parking? Esp in busier areas?
@vinesrealtygroup7 ай бұрын
I think the ease and cost of parking varies some with the size of the city or town you’re in. From our experience, the smaller the town or city, the cheaper and easier parking is to find. That’s why we typically try to pick up a car after leaving the major city we fly into and drop it off on our way back in, which is what we did in Munich. And I’d say the cost was about on par with what you’d pay in the US. Hope you have a great time on your trip! ☺
