Nah that's actually mind-boggling that anyone has a Trackmania platinum. I tried Turbo many years ago and barely got a third of the way through the campaign. Props.

What u dont know. Tourist Trophy was developed by Polyphony digital and was lead by Kaz himself. Yes it was similar from GT 4. First i thought it was modded

and these cars. ride the brakes alittle. even just like 5% on the brake peddle while your going over bumps GREATLY increases the control of the car. you can see he uses the brake ALOT, even when he is 100% on the gas, he is on the brake like 5-10% to keep the car straight. thats biggest thing iv learned for B class cars and all the RWD cars. use the brake to keep the car center. (trail brake ALOT)

I will say in my instance it helped me a lot to have a wheel, but that was only because I was used to playing in this configuration. I have a few friends that I've met over the years that happen to be faster than me with a controller. Dirt is definitely one of the few sim instances where you can play either way and be competitive, and I have played both ways, completing all of the first game's trophies on a controller as well.

Yes works as long as you have updated the game to the later versions. I've found since making the video that all v1 updates don't work, something in a later spec 2 update allowed it to work.

Yes and no on the grindy aspect. It will take over around a month or two to do if everything goes your way, but you will need more than one car, and you might be like a lot of us including myself with the Fire That Car Up... Again trophy and struggle somewhat. I never played CMR 05 specifically, but having played the ToCA Race Driver games and CMR 1-3, DiRT Rally is more simulation and somewhat more difficult/realistic in terms of its physics. It still has arcady features, but is more sim oriented. Hope this helps.

It is generally more likely to be the 4 split sprint stages, but they do sometimes add the longer 8 splits to mix it up.
