I simply hold the shift button while holding the soaked hide and right-click on the floor. It is soaked hide (huge) and you will create one in a barrel using 10 liters of diluted borax and raw hide (huge) - mixing (in barrel)

Thank you very much! The time varies because it depends on many different factors (construction recording for video editing, the idea for the building, a series of failures and factors beyond my control in my private life), so it is difficult to determine how long such a building takes me. I built this potion shop for 2 weeks in real time, but I can't say about in-game time because I built it in creative mode, not survival mode

@@Czarls Is there a way to play inside those houses like a mod you made or a save game, so we can visit. Do you play on servers? The work you do is amazing, I played a few times a few years ago, and I reach steel tool in the game, that took a long time time on it's own while in survival mode. But the amount of work required to build a house like you do it's so out my reach. Great video by the way and nice music.

I agree with you, but this is not a video dedicated to a person who is starting their survival adventure, but it is inspired by Neolithic buildings and an attempt to recreate such a house in the Vintage Story game. I realize that the house is not fully ready for survival or is not fully functional, but it's simple inspiration. I also try to build more survival-friendly buildings, but not all of them will be like that. I can't take the definition of "Stone Age" literally in this game because I won't be able to build anything nice without basic tools and I think anyone can build such a building, like an ordinary mud hut without tools and instructions. Yes, you can copy and paste blocks/chiseled blocks in creative mode without mods or with mods, but in survival mode you need a mod to copy chiseled blocks

Yeah, very expensive, but it can be done with a lot of work, I know crazy people who built this house on survival, anything is possible if you really want something! ⚒️

Yeah, I was about to comment the same, nobody would make their fire without a way for the smoke to evacuate. I'd also say it would probably be too hot in a desert too but I'm not as sure on that one

Yes, I know that, but this is not a guide on "how to build simple starter house in survival mode" its just inspired by Stone Age buildings and a reproduction of these buildings. In survival mode, you can simply replace certain blocks so that you can live safely. Anyway I will never be able to please everyone individually, this channel is not dedicated to survival, but simply to my building ideas and not all of them will be fully functional but I'm trying my best
