I was there as a table holder. I have attended the October 2022 show and the March 2023 shows as a table holder. I had no problem with the show and did not feel "at risk" as you so foolishly state. You seem to be clueless about where the show is located in Chicago. It is held in the suburb of Countryside. The show has excellent management and security. There is Zero risk to the vendors or the artifacts at this show. I have no idea why you posted such a nonsensical and clueless statement.

I live in the surburbs of Chicago (20 miles west) and I grew up in the SW side of Chicago (79th & Pulaski). Chicago as a whole is reasonably safe. However, south Chicago is different and if possible, it should be avoided, from my personal experiences. This WWII show took place in Countryside, IL which is no where near Chicago. Yes, Countryside has risks & bad areas, but it is not anywhere near Chicago.

@@pupdog7374 I hear ya. The Museum of Science and Industry, where the U505 is loca ted is on the Southside, I'm pretty sure. The current situation on the Southside of Chicago is the reason I have not even taken a much belated trip to see the 505 for the first time. A lot of people that grew up where I did say they are from Atlanta, when in fact we're from College Park, a suburb. I understand why they use ' Chicago ' for the show, when it's not actually in Chicago. I thought originally it was in the city limits of Chicago. Maybe things will improve soon, but I don't believe that they will.
