I managed to get one used in mint condition shipped from Florida to Iowa and damn is it great. I owned his Tele for 2 years and nits the best guitar ive ever had and iced owned dozens and dozens of guitars in 54 years. This RK Strat is sooooooooo good. I seriously don't touch anything else but the RKs in my collection now. Why bother?

It goes out of tune when using the lever a lot?. What happens is that I would use the lever a lot and I need it not to go out of tune.

I just was gifted a 1988 jackson d.strat that used to belong to my uncle. I don't really know what I'm doing but I want to learn to play it. What do I need in terms of AMP or any kind of sound system? I don't know what I'm doing and would appreciate any and all advice. Thanks. Sorry if this is a weird place to ask this.

I have one of these as well and it plays so beautifully! I also love the thin skin nitrocellulose lacquer and how it ages. I can see on this video the way it’s slightly yellowed where the arm rubs and right above the neck pickup. Mine is the same way but on the back of the guitar (most likely, previous owner had the back of the guitar facing a window).

Maybe,these pickups are 'McCarty'. These pickups are PRS original one.
