Sure do miss Tim. I met him at one of his shows back in the early 90's. Really good guy.

I had the honorable pleasure to meet and interview Tim Wilson way back in early 2000's when he did a benefit for a local charity in the North GA Mountains. After the show, he graciously came back to the radio station and we talked for almost an hour for the next mornings broadcast. He was funny, articulate, and one of the most humble performers that I have ever met. May you soar with the angels, Tim, and keep 'em laughing. Thank you for uploading this wonderful film. Hoping that it attracts a new generation of fans!

Edit the last part to say “and this is” instead of “and that is” and then time it so that it would be a loop when the short replays

Mr Ari, I was always excited to hear your dad on Bob & Tom. Only saw him live, once, as part of a Bob & Tom Road Show performance. I cannot drive by a church across the street from a tavern w/o breaking out into a bad rendition of First Baptist Bar & Grill. Can't channel surf past a televised softball game w/o busting out a chorus from Church League Softball-Fistfight. Thank you for sharing him w/the world, even tho you didn't have a choice, then, and thank you for preserving him for the world, here!

Obviously Tim listened to WLIL, Lenoir City, TN. The home of the Trading Post. I worked there 9 years, and his imitation is spot on. We had a called named Viney that sounded just like that! I played several comedy cuts of his on the radio back in the day. He never failed to make me laugh.

I got to see your dad at Zanies in Nashville around 2006. Great show! He was ripping on La Vergne TN. My friend and I still laugh about it today. Spent some time chatting with Tim after the show outside in the parking lot and bought the "Certified Aluminum" cd, which is great. What a great guy. Thank you for sharing. Your daddy was an American treasure!
