Thanks so much for the upload. We have a 1zz in the shop for a rebuild and after a long disagreement with my brain I think it needs a turbo. I liked the granny cheap to run Elise but maybe its time to make it a bit more aggressive since been relegated to the Sunday drive. We may even make it a bit more track car. Such a great daily driver but maybe a bit wasted in the standard form.

You are very enthousiast and your Englisch is very good, but try to say less times "ok" :) Very nice cars.❤ I own a Series 2 Elise R with the Supercharger kit of the Elise S2 SC built on it. For people who don't know Lotus very well.....Lotus is the Brand. Elise, Exige and Evora are the Models. The Elise and Exige have both 3 Series. Serie 1 are the oldest ones. All the Elise Series have 4 cylinder engines. Exige Serie 1 and 2 have a 4 cylinder engine too but Serie 3 has a V6 with Supercharger, starting at 350HP. My Elise S2 has 220HP and the weight is only around 900Kilograms. Many Greetings from the Netherlands.

I’m thinking to get one lotus Elise but when I saw all the comments about the a/c I was kind of let down cause I live in San Antonio Tx and here we have 8 months of heat you don’t wanna drive here without a/c should that keep me from buying this car or u guys thank it can be improved , thanks

If the Elise is gonna be your daily driver, then yes, the a/c is a requirement. Get it fixed and you will enjoy the car for a long time. However, if the car is not your daily driver, the Elise is a great car to enjoy with the open top during weekends, morning or evening when it is cool weather.

There's No VVC on this car - just a race cam. 0-100kph in 4,4 is still pretty quick even today.

😁 No problem. Ya, kereta ni ada la track car tapi road legal. So, spec ready racing kat trek. Dua abang ni pun pernah kena hujan sampai banjir dalam cabin. So far, tak de masalah dengan electronic. 😁
