I know I don't have gain, but I made a 30 to 35 lb dumbbell and also using 70 lb to 80 barbell when I'm doing bench press I use a 60 lb barbell for my curls and also use the machine all the time So my majority of the time making videos of me doing Muay Thai and also a little bit of weightlifting, but my body felt the same I thought I was watching videos of a combination of Muay Thai and think that I might Master it, but I always screw it up, so that's why I am learning from it something like that.

I hope you learned a valuable lesson with your analysis of Tanks boxing skills. Tank's ring savvy is skyscraper levels above his competition .💪🏾🥊💪🏾 Ryan's boxing skills are stuck in amateur mode shelling up and turning his back is not the mark of a professional.

Awesome non-biased prediction. Looking forward to this fight as well between these 2 high-level grapplers. I think ppl are already forgetting that Charles has a good eye if theres an opening in his opponent's back. Poirier only shifted his position slightly with a wrong swing & Charles got his back already. But at the same time, Dariush has better defense & distance management though. Extremely high TD defense of 80% compared to Charles' 56%. That is a major factor coz of Dariush's wrestling. It's still 50/50 for me. May the best man win.

Can't wait. One of the things that I love about this sport is that these top tier fighters are all elite, so there's no shame in losing to them, more of a "Maybe next time" vibe. If they lost to some joe schmoe like me, there's shame, but there's no shame in losing to the best.

It’s war of the minds too both are good in all areas of the fight, excited to see it also i’m always with the most exciting fighter in all combat sport do bronx. My concerns is about how can this fight finish both can sub and have power in their hands so you can’t be sure about who winning this, both can finish and that’s the kind of fights i look for.

@@thelastronin7691 as Colby and his fans want to make fun of him saying “him and Gilbert fought for nothing” what’s actually certain is that Colby will be absolutely irrelevant after his next fight. His career is basically coming to a close. Belal on the other hand is coming with the highest momentum in the entire division and can likely win the belt from Leon.

L don't think he can do that for 5 rounds but I think that's the wrong question. The real question is - Can anyone survive his punishment fo 2-3 rounds ? Like you said he's technical and connects at least 50% of the time, so surviving for 5 rounds is unlikely to happen.

This seems like a fairly casual analysis in my opinion, you say that tanks defense is not that great, but earlier in the video you mention how Ryan got dropped by Luke Campbell, Luke Campbell does not have the same power as gervonta Davis, Davis has literally never been dropped before either, Davis has better defense and a better chin than Ryan Garcia. You say that Ryan's left hook is "legendary" and that his combos are good, which I will say yes Ryan is very fast and actually does have some pretty good power. But his left hook is not flawless, he leaves himself pretty open on a lot of his power shots, something that tank Davis is known to take advantage of, also tank is a slower starter which is why he tends to usually lose the first rounds of his fights, most of his Kos are during the later rounds, he slowly increases his intensity, I got tank winning this fight. I think Ryan is pretty good but I don't think he has the tools to win the fight.

Ryan has not one significant win never fought a undefeated fighter or champion in his 23 fights 😂 out of tanks last 5 opponents 4 were undefeated with a combine record of 101-1-1 and all are were prime and still currently active while Garcia last five 3 were on the way out the door and retired and one being a 130 pounder 😭
