OMG you guys!!! Don't take things wrong about this place !!!!!! Those people are illegal residents who are not even the land owners!!! They resist to leave the place for many years like pests and asking for money and free houses. I'm warning you guys for making stupid wrong rumors about this place since I know one of the land owners!!!!!

Guryong Village is not a slum. The area is designated as a green belt, so development is restricted, and the government cannot develop it because of the existing residents. The area is located at the southern part of Gangnam, so the land price is also very high.

Rich people in my country lives in exclusive gated subdivisions. No one can enter if you're not a resident, you cannot take a walk, no videos allowed like what you're doing. To enter for non resident you have to leave identification cards. Parking is not allowed on streets. These are the subdivisions, Forbes Park, Ayala Alabang, Corinthian gardens, Greenhills and many others. There's also roaming securities all day
