Wow! Impressive 👍🏻 Even though they're not rich, the place is still spotless. You can see from this video how disciplined and respectful these people are.

😢que triste q los gobiernos nunca se ocupen de mejorar la calidad de vida de su pueblo ,pense q esto pasaba solo en países sub desarrollados 😮

Most of the people who live there are rich people. They are just pretending to be residents. A small number of natives are just waiting to receive development rewards. None of the Koreans sympathize with them. Recently, the development compensation was finalized. There are 241 residents. Each household will receive an average compensation of 4.4 billion won ($3.1 million).

OMG you guys!!! Don't take things wrong about this place !!!!!! Those people are illegal residents who are not even the land owners!!! They resist to leave the place for many years like pests and asking for money and free houses. I'm warning you guys for making stupid wrong rumors about this place since I know one of the land owners!!!!!
@jiwonkim75236 күн бұрын
Guryong Village is not a slum. The area is designated as a green belt, so development is restricted, and the government cannot develop it because of the existing residents. The area is located at the southern part of Gangnam, so the land price is also very high.

I must admit I'm a bit shocked by this; I've visited many places there, including less touristy ones, and I didn't see those Slums. They're really in corners where no one goes, but it's also strange that there are expensive cars.

Rich people in my country lives in exclusive gated subdivisions. No one can enter if you're not a resident, you cannot take a walk, no videos allowed like what you're doing. To enter for non resident you have to leave identification cards. Parking is not allowed on streets. These are the subdivisions, Forbes Park, Ayala Alabang, Corinthian gardens, Greenhills and many others. There's also roaming securities all day
