Why did you pick the higher uk tax bracket? Sometime it’s no stamp duty? So a better option? Rental returns in the uk are higher than 4-5. Look anywhere up north. Demand is slowing in Dubai, a huge over supply. At least in the uk there is contact demand.

Don't you think there should be a procedure where buyer and a seller should not step back after a certain point in the deal. Like in this case the seller stepped back in the last minute.

Luqman - I like your thinking, that point would be the point of signing the contract of sale. Nothing is confirmed until those terms are agreed, at which point the buyer and seller both have financial obligation if they step away.

Including the pricing in the information would make it seem more professional. It is 2024; calling is unnecessary and a waste of effort. Right now, I'm searching for a property in Dubai. Before I decide, I'm researching and learning online about the real estates market in Dubai. Imagine making phone calls to each and every broker. How much time will it take me? So present the pricing is more professional. Since there are multiple brokers in Dubai for a single property, if you choose not to display it, someone else will. The house is lovely, however it would be good to include both the street view level and the bird's-eye view. Regards
