This video was extremely informative. I’m a 5 year realtor and made great money but it took me a while to build my business and every year is not guaranteed you’ll make the same amount of money. I need more structure and want to start a family. I’ve acquired a vast amount of knowledge and skills over the last few years and I can apply that and transition into new home consultant and absolutely crush it!

I know it takes a long time to get that check as you have to wait for the house to be built..Can you also speak a little to the Work, life, home balance.
