Thank you It's been 2 years now Both Business have gone so wonderful I worked for the military for years and have now finally started my own two business I do some contracting out in private legal and also have been and have branched myself in education other than legal I've watched all your segments as well as one about covid and children that I have no children but had to still trave and work. I saw if I'm not mistaken non-profit organization beautiful wounds I could be wrong that I helped a lot of other fellow soldiers and families my other three business partners try to help other young business people with their new found companies that they're trying to start in the HR law. As well as employee rights what to look for in employees good relations in all aspects thank you so very much you've touched a lot .

I'm currently working for a small business as an HR generalist. I am 4 months in, and it has been very tough! I did not get any training and I am learning as I go. Thank you so much!! I recently posed this question to you on your TikTok. I appreciate your willingness to address and provide resourceful feedback. I have a BS in Management, a BS in HR Management, an MBA, and several years of management experience. I have supported and done HR functions but never held an HR role. My current position/company (non managerial) won’t allow me to dabble in HR related tasks. However, this gives me several other methods to use what I already have as a platform to transition into an HR specific role. Getting ready to set goals now 💜💜💜💜.
