Ty for this video, I used to be a main Chipp until S4 cames out. I don't really like the rope, I was like "ok, we get a new move for do a cross-up in neutral (but we already can jump > j.dash > j.S) or to use it in a counterhit, but we got ridd of his aerial combos... The input is strange and the movement feels weird" I still don't like the rope, but this video helps a lot!

I do appreciate that the rope gives Chipp a better damage cashout reward from midscreen. I'll miss the variations of K Alpha Loops, but overall I do think the rope BNBs are a good compensation to that. Chipp definitely feels like he has more impactful reward for being right vs his opponent more often now. (A power he lost when they removed his CH Rekkas in season 3)

So basically after the Pre-Season 4 changes the only thing different is we gotta use super to get the HKD on wallbreak but everything else is still relevant? I'd assume so but might as well ask.

@@Jardonius yeah basically the main changes are you can't do a charged WA on standing targets from 2 hit confirms like ch f.s 5h and you have to use super to wallbreak.

Taking their burst into consideration, positive bonus is so strong that if it guarantees you get wallbreak I think you should yes. Even on block for non hit-confirmable buttons it's still good.
