I put the basketball hoop together. In the end one of the metal screws that went into the poles is loose you could almost fall out. Do you think I should try to get a bigger screw or do you think it will be fine?

It's hard to follow because when instructing where to put the screws the camera is zoomed in too close so I'm not sure if I am on the correct pole. Great video just wish you had zoomed out a bit.

PLEASE HELP: At 5:50 , I can't get those screws to fit in those triangular shaped holes to install the brackets to the backboard...how do I do it? They won't go in...

My problem is when I try to attach the support bars to the pole, they do not line up, when I move the pole so the holes line up, the pins underneath pop out...vicious circle I'm in :(

The pole bashing thing is a complete joke. It looks to me that it is a manufacturing error. The two screws should screw Into the slot but the slot is not big enough so you have to resort to bashing the screw so it holds firmly whereas the other screw just falls out.

Chris Jones yeah what’s the deal with this step? The top screw on mine is totally loose and I can pull it out easily, and this is after banging the pole down onto wood 6 times.
