In case you see "Access Denied", open Computer Management > Users and Groups > Users > find the user you want to edit (such as administrator) > Properties > Member Of > add AELicMgr > click check names > click ok. Alternatively go to Groups > AELicMgr and add users there. In cazul in care pagina afiseaza "access Denied", deschideti Computer Management, iar din zona de Useri si Grupuri, modificati grupurile userului (precum administrator) sa faca parte din AELicMgr.
