The cast technician that casted my foot and lower leg was a jerk. He started pushing the underside of my foot with both his hands trying to force it into extreme dorsiflexion and was pushing on the fractured part of my foot that it was causing me excessive pain. My foot was already 90 degrees to the leg that there was no need to push it. He was too forceful and rough that it has traumatized me.
