The burden of proof falls on the accuser which we’ve seen none of. Docs tweet never even implied that anything he said was sexual in anyway. People are defining what inappropriate means. Nickmercs said there are two genders now is that inappropriate? Because he got suspended for that. And does Twitch actually care about kids? I mean if I get on twitch there are thousands watching women half naked just take in donations. Tons of drug use, and like Doc said there were streamers on record asking for Snapchats and pictures from children yet they didn’t just ban they offered contracts. Me personally I need to have actual evidence before I start labeling someone the most heinous thing in the world. Y’all calling him that based on nothing but his tweet is actually crazy.

That’s a fair statement. That’s why I made sure to end it by saying what would clear it up is releasing what was said. It’s possible it was worse, or possible it wasn’t bad or even possible that the settled lawsuit prevents that. Either way that mystery leaves a lot up to the imagination. But I do still stand on the fact that I think a 40 year old man shouldn’t be remotely in a questionable situation with someone that couldn’t be deemed a minor.

Tbh I'm still a Ninja, TimTheTatman, Cloakzy, and Nickmercs fan. Not much is ever going to change that. What you have to realize is they're talking for hundreds of hours. Of course there's going to be something they say at some point that someone doesn't agree with or has a problem with. I think too many people have become overly sensitive at this point. It's the reason I never went into streaming myself. I'd get cancelled at some point and would waste all that time and effort invested into it.

I for sure get that these like 10 second clips out of like a 5 hour stream. I just mainly agree with the like backhanded comments. “Congrats but kai does what I could have done if I kept going”. It just comes off more as bitter than really being happy for the others in his community. But I also think he may not consider other streamers like Kai to be in his community. I stream and watch streamers and tbh I think most of the hype/drama only effects people who aren’t truly watching them cause twitch fans know these folks way better than clip folks and are way more loyal than anything else I’ve ever seen online haha
