I was really hoping Don would discuss gluconeogenesis. I'd love to hear from a true expert whether it is supply or demand driven. I eat a high protein version of keto and struggle to get my ketone levels much above 0.5 mmol. I wonder if it's the protein intake?

If you wanted 50 grams of complete protein, you should factor in that up to 30% (15 grams) can be lost in the body converting it to Amino acids. So in essence, you'll need to eat 65 grams of complete protein to ensure you get the NET 50 grams you need. Ideally the net amount should be at minimum, eaten twice daily. Thank you for uploading and sharing.

To blame the low testosterone on people themselves is criminal, this guy is a quack. If he doesn't why then say I don't know, don't blame people. The medical industry is becoming dominated by women and woke ideology, you might look at that reason as why know one cares that men testosterone is lowering.

No doctor will ever allow a patient to have bigger biceps than them. They must see you as a sick patient all the time. My psychiatrist literally won't give me a live saving drug because I appear more muscular than he. I have provided labs and blood pressure records but he won't give me the only treatment that will help me.

Pituitary tumours are so very rare and no reason to even bring it up. It was doctors that could have stopped the obesity epidemic they started years ago. The food triangle was a lie.

People are struggling, they are being replaced by technology, they are addicted to porn. They cannot sleep well. So stop avoiding the fact that doctors cannot do much. It is the medical industry that is complicit in the current culture of sedentary, mental illness, poor diet and lack of sleep. They are also complicit in creating and doing nothing about decreasing testosterone in men over last 50 decades.

Did they equate for caloric expenditure intake or balance in these studies? Obviously if the non cardio group had a calorie surplus where as the cardio group did not the calorie surplus would have greater hypertrophy.

I was shocked he actually talked about DNP. IMO DNP is where it's at for fat loss nothing else comes close. The problem with it lies in that there is an incentive to keep upping the dose because people get greedy and just want more results. So theoretically this in itself can fuck people up. Even if you don't die, you can still make your life miserable by taking too much and basically make yourself incapacitated from the things you need to do in your everyday life, including hitting workouts.

Thank you for this. While this is good to know for my workouts: I'm left with a question. The effect on ED: my real wish is that my D didn't completely disappear inside my body. This happens all the time. It's really annoying. Will CM give me a larger "flaccid state" ? I"m pretty old so i don't need boners anymore.
