As the law states fish you intend to release must stay in the water. Please consider this and please do not hold fish out of the water by their tails , it pops the vertebrae in their spine in greatly increases their chance of early mortality. Sure it was a spawner hen, but handle that fish just like ANY other fish, trophy or not, please handle with care. Tight lines!
