Hey man! I am just now seeing this clip and it directly relates to a vehicle rig setup I am currently working on in Unreal. If possible, I would love to get some insight on how you did the tractor-trailer setup, specifically, how you addressed realistic turning where the compartments animate separately.

Hello. You need to do a good rig in your 3d software you using, that will make animating this in UE5 easier. Also new UE5 has separate Control Rig, besides Animation blueprint, were you can animate other components, like suspension. Unreal Engine KZbin channel has video how to attach trailer to the semi using Chaos Vehicle and string Constrains, that working good in UE5. but wasn't in UE4

Vehicle mod is available in the Operation Harsh Doorstop workshop on steam. So far it's only multiplayer, not singlplayer

@@Justachillguy-c7f Gunner, Heat, PC. You use armored vehicles from the 70s-80s (and earlier), and engage enemy targets and complete objectives. You can play as NATO (only US forces I believe) against Warsaw Pact forces, or as Warsaw Pact.

i don't use any tutorials. Basic set ups are available on official UE channel. The rest is just proper rigging in 3d software Google is free
