KingVril33, there are many reasons, but I'll just use this one from Wikipdeia: A cowbell is a bell worn around the neck of free-roaming livestock so herders can keep track of an animal via the sound of the bell when the animal is grazing out of view in hilly landscapes or vast plains. I guess I just like everything to roam free, if and when it can. Have a great day!

Be careful doing this. The more you feed them, they more they come. As soon as you stop feeding them, they get aggressive and attack you and your neighbors.

Thank you for your concern, slipawy. I've been at this for many years with these furry creatures, and I understand how wild and aggressive they can be. There have been NO incidences of violence toward cats or other animals, and they respect one another as long as there is enough for all to eat. They normally live only 2 or 3 years in the wild, but with our help, they can live much longer. Have a great day in nature, slipawy!

Please dont feed them processed bread. Its really not good for any animal, or birds especially. Cornbread is ok. Bread is like junkfood for them.

These birds really have a diverse and varied diet: Canned food, corn kernels, all sorts of breads (including homemade bread), and raw ground beef, mealworms and peanuts. Leave a small bowl of water out there racoons like to clean there food if you wanna see somthing funny leave that bowl of water and some cotton candy next to it when they go to clean the cotton candy itll disolve in the water and itll make them super confused 😂
