I recently joined sbi as a PO, and i have realised that being a working aspirant, it is really difficult to spare even 2 hours a day properly on weekdays. Rbi has always been my end goal, but being in my incumbent situation, all i see is a hope shattered, though not motivation. All ik is, i will keep trying even after having like 12 hrs shift in my worklife.

Be honest please...is really RBI grade B good job w.r.t. job satisfaction and work life balance. Or It is similar for any other PSU or like other place Politics in transfer and promotion
