Sounds very interesting, how many people do you think the community moving onto the land would be? Would you purchase property with a building or just land and start off in tents/mobile homes and build later on?

Hello! At first, I think it's going to just be a core of founding members, around seven people who will form the council. Then I see it expanding to 40-50 people, then maybe even over 100, eventually. I would like to purchase land that has a house on it that I will turn into the community center as I am able to build homes/cabins for everyone. I am also open to buying land only if that is what I am guided to do and building everything myself.
