I've had a GR Yaris for almost a year and at the moment I didnt have any problems with it. But at a trackday on the nordschelife when I shifted into second gear it "scratched" a little bit (Im from spain and I dont really know how do you guys say when the gear doesnt fully enter and it makes a weird sound)

Our in house tuner KNASTY provides e-tuning as well, so he can tune the car while you’re hooked up on a dyno at a shop somewhere near you. Give us a shout and we can get something nailed down!

I was debating between a lot of different cars for myself, could even afford much faster more expensive ones. But I absolutely cannot get over the silhouette and handling on this car. Its the sexiest sports in my opinion. Hands down.

By the looks of the car, it's appeas lowered to accept that wheel/tire combo; correct? I have a TR and would like to fit that wheel and tire size on stock suspension... is it doable?

@erickperez8755 Well, you're in luck! I went and pulled the trigger on some wheels and tires, working with my local vendor to test fit. Confirmed that the MOTEGI Racing MR154 Battle fits (18x9.5 +38) great, got the Midnight Blue myself. Brake clearance is better than OEM, making things much easier to clean. Wrapped the wheels with Contenental Extreme Contact DWS06 Plus (265/35), tad softer feeling (less jaring on road bumps, cracks and lips) than the stock 007s, but seem just as nimble and they're All-Season to boot! Also, KONIG Hypergrams in 18x9.5 +35 will fit, Joe at Fitment Industries verified with the OEM. No rubbing, even full L/R. Looks pretty sweet and husky compared to factory setup.

2-piece by no means cuts down on cost. Typically, a new disc will be double or triple or more than regular rotors. The entry cost is very expensive. Once you have the hat, new rings can be like $500, which is still more expensive than single-piece rotors. The only benefit of a 2-piece is heat regulation and weight. A 2-pice rotor used on a 14" brake setup will probably weigh the same as a single-piece 13" rotor. Street cars have absolutely no need for 2-piece rotors.

I’m disappointed that Toyota still has NOT fixed the rear differential overheating issue. Even on the 2025 still have no fix for the rear differential overheating. GR Corolla also has issues with the clutch and throw out bearing. Great car if you like being uncomfortable in a daily driver, on the track it’s amazing, but it’s only for 8-10 mins before your fun is over…

Tires tires tires! We found when swapping over to a stickier tire for track use, the diff doesn’t have to work as hard, and last season we did not get any overheating warning at all. Give tires a shot!
