I got all the items (a few swaps for the oils because of availability) and tried next morning - omg wish I knew this method ages ago!! Just tried it yesterday... and I boild the seeds... yep like a pungent potato... but you keep eating it. I like the fruit raw, mine wasn't too sweet, but it did work my tummy. I also tried a recipe... barbeque pulled jackfruit and it was yummy sweet and tasty. The texture is meaty and I also thought it was an amazingly unusual texture... and it's good for you! ENJOY... oh you can also freeze it, so I will also try it in a smoothie!
