Too bad about the pvc thing. I liked that idea. I’ll experiment with it and see.👍🏻 try just cutting the pvc with just the kerf of the saw blade might be tighter.

I saved the pallet the snow blower came on and just drop it on the pallet. I have a pallet jack to move it to an out of the way spot for the off season. Pallet jack’s don’t cost much and so worth it. Good video.

I'm into a new spot now where I don't have any issues. But a pallet jack would have been a great investment at the time. Also, the dealer delivered everything without pallets so I didn't have that option at the time. Thanks for watching!

Looking into this chipper for my b2650. Looks like you have it hooked up via a 3pt quick hitch. Aside from the usual pto connection headache any watch outs? It is between this and a woodmaxx-8800

No issues at all. If you have a quick hitch just make sure you do your measurements with it on that so you can cut the PTO shaft correctly. The Woodland Mills is awesome if you go with that one. You won't be disappointed. Good luck!

Hello Dave, I bought a used B2650 with the cab with 580 hours. Your video helped me a lot especially in locating where everything is. I'm not sure of how the previous owners did as far as maintenance goes, so I am going to do the filters as well as the fluids. So far the only issues I have found with this tractor, is the PTO display button on the dash does not display the PTO speed (Screen won't switch over) but RPM screen works, and I know the approximate RPM it should be so that's not a big deal, and it looks like the previous owner might have tweaked the front loader a bit because one side is about an inch higher than the other, but the quick attach still works, I just have to triple check that the engagement pins engage into the implements. Thank you for making this video.

I have the very same tractor, B2650 and bought the same grapple as you have 4 days ago. Good job and quite impressive how the tractor and grapple rolled the boulder. Did your grapple come with a kick stand to hold it up when not using it? Mine didn't and was wondering if one can be added.

My older unit has steering zerks (grease fittings) and front axel zerks I'll bet you have them and missed them. fyi on that oil filter you should not need a wrench after the factory (censored) install. However, butt the old oil and new filters (seal to seal) to see that the seals align, when installing screw it reverses once or twice to align it, then forward until snug, reverse screw it one turn to lube the seal contact then forward to snug, then add 1/8-1/4 turn to tighten. Airfilter ? Gas filter? No ethanol Gas! If forced to run ethanol gas run it dry before parking (many add a simple fuel shut off switch) Ethanol will draw water and clog the carburetor other wise you will need a carburetor cleaning every couple of years.

No cab! I use my tractor way more in the warmer weather months. The things I do with it involve getting on and off the tractor, quite a bit. A cab is a pain for this type of work. I don't use the tractor for snowblowing enough in the winter to make the irritation of a cab in the summer worth having.

And it’s not even an irritation when you think about. You plow for a little bit, then you sneak into your wood heated garage/outbuilding, get toasty, and hit again. After that, you saddle up on your Ski-Doo, and take a 40 mile ride to your favorite watering hole. Heck, when visiting the UP, we backpack 275 miles per day going from town to town…. I’ve never heard any complaints from fellow Sled Heads !!! Lol 😂

@@BeginnerforBSeries I’ll tell you who the real macho men are - they’re the ones that backpacked 150 miles a day back in the eighties and nineties. There was Zero Track travel back in those days, and I’ll bet the grooming machines were undependable. We’re spoiled these days. Commencing around 2013 or so, the manufacturers were spittin out awesome machines that ride on rails. God - I’ve always liked the cold!!! When we travel to northern Ontario, even though temps dip to 40 below (that’s where Fahrenheit = Celsius), it’s a different type of cold. Very dry, but Not annoying.

@BeginnerforBSeries
@BeginnerforBSeries 6 ай бұрын
Unfortunately right now I'm thinking you're going to have to push through it. For future I use a product called More shine Tire shine. You have to put it on while it's dry and then the other suggestion is to make sure your blower is the same temp as the outside. I have to park my tractor outside while it warms up for about a half hour to eliminate the clogging. The warm metal from it being inside will make the snow stick. Not sure if you store yours inside or not.
