Jimi Hendrix is the most passionate, emotionally expressive musician I have ever heard. Anton Newcombe comes close ... very, very close!

OK, I’m finally going to ask this question. I do have beginning dementia so it’s a little bit hard for me to communicate. At the beginning of the concert on many shows there is a cigarette lighting thing going on. Any meaning to that? (Please do not make fun of my age, I’ve lived a hard life and I’m still rocking.) Then, what is that warbling sound that fills the auditorium at the end of a show. It’s bizarre. Thanks guys!

Sublime, symphonic, heartbreaking. It's great to be alive and hear this version of Hide and Seek. If I'd been at this concert I would've cried in the terrible silence when they left the stage. ♥️

Could anyone confirm if the lyrics at the end are borrowed to The Smiths? Anyway, love this live version especially, such a strangely good vibe on that outro guitar solo.. You nailed it Anton! 😉 ✌️

The Grand Opera version of this wonderful song . I love it as I love every version of it. I think that just maybe Anton's greatest talent may be arranging the parts for the instruments .I suspect that the song hasn't been recorded that Anton couldn't improve upon. I am serious , we all know what a great songwriter he is but no one ever seems to remark on this side of his genius . This is the song for my funeral , not sure the vicar would approve but one cannot please everyone .
