I'm sure it's a slip of the tongue. The example you gave for code-switching (I am going to the market to buy some 'sabzi') is wrong. The example is apt for code-mixing. Code-switching is when 'one is talking in French and then suddenly starts conversing in English'. Kindly check. Please do not take my review in a negative manner.

Hello ma'am just a simple query.. ma'am I filled in my application form with in 2hrs of notification, so I choose a exam city which is near by my location ( around 80km) but the exam city alloted for me my last choosen preference which was 300 km away from my home( though I had choosen this option knowing that as I was filling up it early I would get 1st exam city but ....why this happened?? One of my friend who filled up his form after 7 days of this notification but he got our 1st choosen city ....
