Sir, please tell me how is this achieved in real life.

In real life, you can see these in steel structure. Axial release and shear release in slotted connection. And bending release you can have a look at you doors, there hinges are used to rotate it at the edges.

Is it no need to consider load carried by beam or truss for calculation of static indeterminacy?
@stepbystepcivilengineering7707
@stepbystepcivilengineering7707 6 ай бұрын
For some cases it is needed. If load is given (magnitude doesnot matter, only direction is needed) then you should consider the direction of load, eg. In a beam vertical load is acting then its reaction and equilibrium equation will come accordingly. And if load is not given then you have to consider general case ( considering load in all direction) for that no. of equilibrium equation will be different.

Bro in first part u say that at column beam junction we have 3 dof but in part two u say at column beam junction we have 2 dof...?? Am I missing something...?
@stepbystepcivilengineering7707
@stepbystepcivilengineering7707 6 ай бұрын
Yes. U r missing concept of extensible and inextensible member. If members are extensible then 3 dof and if inextensible then 2 dof.

In this video u first said that external reaction should not be concurrent or parallel but in example for hinge support u said its externally stable i didnt get it ....?? Plzz explain
@prateekdewangan9721
@prateekdewangan9721 7 ай бұрын
Just notice that If "ALL" the external reactions are concurrent or parallel, then only the structure will become instable externally. But in this example, you can see all 3 reactions are not parallel neither concurrent. So it is externally stable. For the given truss system if you replace one side hinge support to roller support then it will 2 reactions ..both will be parallel to each other then structure will become unstable externally.

So how many force release for internal roller?
@stepbystepcivilengineering7707
@stepbystepcivilengineering7707 9 ай бұрын
For internal roller, moment and axial force will release and only shear force will come if you arrange the internal roller horizontally.
