Let me explain here:- The real estate for which tokens are created play the role of shareholders of the property. So if a repair work is needed is done through tokens being paid out resulting in declining of value of token, and vice versa when capital appreciation is noticed and translated into higher value or price of token.

​@HoneyBricks so since I own 50% of my home and the bank owns the rest would my house get tokenized for 1/2 of a token for me and 1/2 of the token for my bank?
