I grew up with the OG B daman. Had the original Battle Phoenix back in 1998. Was 9. Set me up for my teens in the early 00's. The anime was great.

I got the grey version that was included in the DX Customize Set, which is apparently the version used in the show. I think both the grey and black have really nice looks, and having both is like Regular and Diet versions.

I got this one for myself as a birthday gift, and I think it's my favorite standard core Bottleman. Dragogina DX and Cola-Oh G are my favorites overall. Its name just seems to be a portmanteau of "Dragon" and "Yogurt."

Foil stickers are the worst, i ve been painting them myself and coating them up. Looks significantly better and no worries for the dtickers

The og aquasports has better design. I hate the new headpiece and if you think about it, this could be a downgrade since you can't do the triple shot like before.

They're literally the new version of B-Daman. Some of them are even just new versions of the main characters' B-Daman from past series, but updated to shoot bottle caps. It kinda makes me wish we'd get a Bottleman Dracyan.

HobbyLink Japan and eBay seem to be really popular, though you can usually get it cheaper on eBay with free international shipping. It's usually better to get them from Hong Kong or Taiwan, where they're officially distributed by Takara. There just seem to be better deals from sellers in those places.

Depends on the size of your hands. What you said sounds good for smaller hands, but using the index fingers on the grips is better for large hands.

It's more likely named after a Japanese drink called Metsu. The "Same" part of its name means "Shark", and the way it's spelled in Japanese characters would mean it's pronounced "Sametsu".

The head reminds me of Kamen Rider Scissors from Kamen Rider Ryuki and I love that so much! Also, would this go well with the Kerpeps legs as a combo?
