Wtff with all the comments here? The music is great, the actors, everything seems OK to me, can someone explain me the reasons of the hate? I'm serious I'm trying to figure out. In fact I've seen the cartoon movie and I love it too. Since I was a kid

I went to see a filmed version of the musical and being a kid who grew up on the cartoon I am sorely disappointed. I am not Christian but being brought up in a Christian house, this made my blood boil. This production, I feel, forgot the original story and almost made it like a pantomime.
