There's also Modern Controls in this game, but be sure to check the "Change controls" option to see what buttons are. In Tank Controls, Lara needs one full tile to do a running jump, but not with Modern Controls. Either way it's best to use the "walk" button.

@@jaranowska I realized that they’re were modern controls after I decided to take a break lol. Although I complained, I’m happy I played with tank controls, I earned a few stripes. But I’m debating finishing it with tank or modern controls. It was a challenge, But felt great once I finished it. Mental note : Running jump = Full tile! 🙏🏽👍🏽

Also I forgot, if you press and hold the jump or action buttons, she will jump or grab more easily (instead of pressing many times in a row).

@@TerenceA72 RE4 has more modern controls. I never finished the original resident evil games for the same reasons. But I respect the crap out of those that do. Side note: The TR remaster has an option for modern controls that I didn’t notice 🤦🏽♂️. All complaining aside lol, I’m glad I used and finished the level with tank controls.

The minefield needs to be reworked it’s too easy to avoid too easy to counter it doesn’t work half the time and most of the abilities in the game destroy them all anyways
